Teeth have vigorous, medium and delicate personalities facilitating psycho-morphological harmony of the patient. Anterior teeth have buccal corridor, smile line and open incisal embrasures. Anterior teeth have lingual anatomy and a moderately declining sharp edge. Anterior length and incisal embrasures affect speech. Cuspids are made to the correct length for group function or cuspid rise. Distal of cuspid disappears into buccal corridor. The distal of the last tooth in the mouth is made to minimum thickness for clean-ability. All morphological contours, from “S” curves to lingual contours help food mastication. Even posterior marginal ridges with exception of distal #3 and #14. Insure lingual cusp are out of occlusion according to curve of Wilson so patients don’t bite the tongue. Proper freeway space and curve of spee on upper buccal cusp so patient does not bite the cheek. Most #28 and #21 have a very slight lingual cusp. We are honored with the responsibility of making teeth for human beings.
